How does this work?
I use a company called Printify to produce and ship products after you complete your purchase.
Printify is a print-on-demand company, so any physical products purchased will need to be produced before they are shipped to you.
Printify has partnered with a large number of print on demand companies to make products accessible in many countries. As a result, they have over 90 printing locations across the globe.
What about shipping?
The order production time depends on several factors, such as time of the year, product stock status, and order size. Almost all orders are shipped within 2-7 business days from the order submission date.
As soon as the tracking information becomes available, we will automatically notify you via email with the tracking number (if applicable).
Damaged items
If the received product is printed incorrectly, damaged or in a bad quality, please contact me at paula@pamasonauthor.com and attach photos of the errors.
Printify will inspect the errors and have a replacement sent out as soon as possible.
